WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons honey or agave
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  1. Blend the cucumber, lime juice, and optional sweetener with 2 cups of cold water until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove the pulp.
  3. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and mix well.
  4. Serve over ice and optionally garnish with mint leaves.
