Energy-Boost Smoothie
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • Optional: 1/2–1 ripe banana
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add the yogurt and milk to the blender and then add the rest of the ingredients. For a sweeter taste, add the banana.
  2. Add more milk or ice, depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
