Reset is based on neuroscience that shows we can course-correct from stress in 60 to 90 seconds by activating our parasympathetic nervous system and lowering levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Each Reset includes a guided breathing bubble that helps you inhale, exhale,
and bring yourself back to center.

In addition to the Resets available in the Thrive platform, you can create a custom, 60-second Personal Reset featuring images that bring you calm and joy — such as photos of your family, friends, pets, and favorite places — as well as quotes that inspire you. You can also choose from hundreds of Universal Music Group songs to add the music you love to your Personal Reset.
