  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  1. Scoop a layer of yogurt into a small bowl or cup, then add a layer of sliced strawberries and top with a few sliced almonds.
