Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (plus more as needed)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture is smooth and uniform throughout. If the mixture is too wet and sticky, add almond flour gradually until you reach the right consistency.
  3. Taste and add honey if a sweeter taste is desired.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into a storage container and place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  6. Enjoy on its own or as a tasty topping.
