WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1/2 cup coffee or 1–2 shots espresso (decaf is fine)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients and whisk well to incorporate.
  2. As soon as the mixture starts to simmer, whisk once more and pour into a mug.
  3. Optionally, top your latte with an extra sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
