Warm Squash Breakfast
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1 bag of frozen butternut squash or kabocha squash
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1–2 tablespoons walnut or peanut butter
  • Cinnamon to taste

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Pour the squash into a pot with 1/4 cup milk and cook for about 15–20 minutes.
  2. Mash in the banana.
  3. Add the nut butter and cinnamon. Then, blend it all together in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth.

If you don’t have a blender, don’t sweat it! You can still make this dish by using a fork to mash the squash and the banana together. It will be a little thicker, but still delicious.
