Chicken Salad Sandwich
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1 pouch cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole grain bread
  • Optional: Spinach leaves, tomato slices, or pickles for serving

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Put the chicken in a medium bowl. Add the yogurt, chopped celery, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. Spread the chicken salad mixture onto a slice of whole grain bread.
  3. Top with a few spinach leaves, tomato slices, or pickles if you’d like.
  4. Place another slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich and cut in half.
