Jeffrey Morgan is the Global Head of Strategic Health Partnerships at Thrive Global. Previously, he led partnerships and business operations at Thrive AI Health, a startup founded in 2024 by Thrive Global and the OpenAI Startup Fund that is developing the Thrive AI Health Coach.

Jeffrey spent nearly a decade working across operations, business transformation, business development, and strategy at Sony Pictures Entertainment. A practicing California attorney, he brings a unique and diverse background spanning industries, disciplines, and cultures. Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, where he earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies.
