Jack Friend is the Chief Operating Officer at Thrive Global. Most recently, Jack led New Ventures & Corporate Development at Thrive, helping to develop and grow Thrive for Support Teams (Thrive's contact center well-being & productivity tool). Prior to New Ventures & Corporate Development, served as the Chief of Staff to Arianna Huffington (founder & CEO). Prior to Thrive, Jack was an analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, where he worked across health/tech, healthcare services, biotech, and pharmaceutical financial transactions. Jack studied History and Entrepreneurship at Tufts University, where he played varsity tennis and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2018.
