Claudio Espinal is the Head of Finance at Thrive Global, where he leads the company's finance organization and partners across the business to support strategic decision-making and the company's continued growth.

Claudio brings nearly 20 years of experience across corporate finance and accounting, spanning both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth venture-backed startups. Prior to joining Thrive, he led finance at Nantum AI, helping guide the company through its acquisition by Johnson Controls. Earlier in his career, Claudio built Nanit's finance function, establishing the financial foundation that supported the company's growth into the market leader in smart baby monitors. He spent the first decade of his career in corporate accounting roles at Disney, The Washington Post, and Interpublic Group.

Originally from New York City, Claudio lives in Brooklyn with his wife, daughter, and mini Australian Shepherd. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring health optimization and longevity, discovering great restaurants, and traveling with his family.
