A wake-up call to change the way we work and live

After her collapse from sleep deprivation and exhaustion in 2007, Arianna Huffington became more and more passionate about the connection between well-being and performance.  In 2016, she launched Thrive with the mission of improving health outcomes and productivity. Since then she has been working with leaders across science, business and healthcare to transform outcomes through the power of behavior change.
