My name is Mattia Matthews. Born and raised in NYC.  My family life is very important to me. I am from a family of 8, 5 brothers, 2 sisters and 16 nieces and nephews. My parents have been married coming on 61 years. I have a son and a daughter that are my absolute world. They are my motivation for being as healthy as possible so that I can be with them for as long as possible. I have been with Ralph Lauren for 20 years. I began my career here as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) in The Mansion on Madison Ave. I moved into sales right across the street in what was then The Sport Store. We know it now as The Women's Flagship. I've been incredibly fortunate to have worked in all of our Madison Ave stores. I  was selected as part of a team to open our Flagship Store in Hong Kong and worked in our PFS location in Savannah, GA. I am currently The Concessions Shop Manager for our Women's Polo Shop in Macy's Herald Square in NYC. Fun fact: I attended DeWitt Clinton HS in the Bronx, and my first introduction to Ralph Lauren was when I had to do a research paper on him. To my surprise, research showed he too attended Dewitt Clinton HS! In my free time I would often pass by the Sport Store on Madison Ave to admire the images of Tyson Beckford. Fast forward to adulthood, I was looking for employment and walked into the Sport Store to fill out an application (you could still do that back then), and was hired that same day! I've been here ever since.
