Sweet potatoes are naturally packed with vitamin A, vitamin B-6, fiber, potassium and yes, there's even protein in sweet potatoes!
Use your leftover sweet potato mash or roasted sweet potatoes, or even your sweet potato pie in this heavenly-leftover-friendly smoothie recipe!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover sweet potato mash or roasted sweet potatoes/sweet potato pie
1 pinch pumpkin spice
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup light coconut milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth! Serve immediately.
