Sneaky Strawberry Milkshake

This sweet and creamy beverage is filled with fresh ingredients and nutrients.

Ingredients 

½ cup cauliflower, chopped

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup non-dairy milk of choice

½ cup full-fat coconut milk

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Optional: honey

Prep

  1. Add ½ water into the bottom of a saucepan. Add cauliflower directly to the saucepan and place on high heat. 
  2. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5–6 minutes, or until tender, then drain.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender: cauliflower, hemp seeds, strawberries, non-dairy milk, coconut milk, and cinnamon.
  4. Blend on high until you reach a smooth consistency.
  5. For thicker consistency, add ice; for thinner consistency, add more milk; for sweeter taste, add honey to taste.
