Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1-3 cups leftover quinoa, amaranth or g free oats, your choice of grains
Fresh berries:
Sliced strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, your choice of berries
Raw almonds, sliced
Coconut milk, or coconut cream (use in moderation) Or try almond/cashew milk
Directions:
Place the quinoa into your serving bowls, top with fresh berries, of your choice, followed by the sliced almonds, finish with coconut milk/almond milk or coconut cream and serve. Add a dash of cinnamon if you’d like!
