Why it’s important to work out every day

Exercising daily is an important part of keeping healthy just like breathing

I work out every day. There, I said it, now I know some of you reading this will just shrug me off and say psss, who is this person thinks he is, so what if you work out every day, does that make you better than me?! Well, it kinda does actually, if were talking from a healthy and physical point of view, daily workouts are great for your body just like breathing. You wouldn’t stop breathing right? So why stop working your body. Now don’t get me wrong, working out or exercising daily doesn’t mean you need to lift weights every day and do crazy things and be super fit and string. 

When I say what I said I mean every day I try to do at least 1 activity that will improve my physical and mental health. It can be running, walking, cycle, weights, swimming, yoga, and so much more, there are so many things you can do to stay fit literally all you need is a great pair of leggings or yoga pants and you’re good to go. Well, maybe more than one pair because you need to change LOL but you know where I’m going with this. 

The benefits of exercising daily are huge. You will keep your body tight, and muscles workings, you will burn off fat which is always great, you will feel better about yourself, your mind will be sharpen too, this was proven countless times that when you exercise, the brain also gets in on the party and it keeps it sharp. You start eating better because you spent all that energy, the benefits are massive. 

People will start looking at you and be more attractive to you. You will have more energy, you will sleep better, your sex life will be better ( YES! ) should I go on? Ever since I decided to take back my life with daily workouts, I never looked back and my life has changed completely.
