You might often think that a small prayer may not make a difference but we are faced with a global pandemic and the coronavirus has already taken a toll on us globally which continues to rise. If we all take a break and say a small prayer for the wellbeing of our friends, families and our communities the global power of prayer will bring us hope. While “social isolation” is going to become a norm here is an opportunity to share love globally though Prayer and Meditation.

Let us all be grateful for the present that we have;

Dear Lord, we thank you for this day, each day and every day in every possible way. Amen

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
