Why You Need to Enhance Innovation In Your Organization

  • To stay up to the Competition in Your Industry

Customers are looking to conduct transactions with firms that enhance their experience and with exceptional customer services. To improve your customer satisfaction, you need to design your business processes and structures to be engaging, efficient, and enticing to your clients. You could offer after-sales services or systemize your arrangements. By improving your structures, you will be gaining a larger market share and thus staying ahead or at par with your adversaries.

  • Adapting to Changing Workplace Dynamics

With the power and influence that Millenials and now Gen Z’s wield,  innovative new recruitment, organization and career practices are needed.  . Keeping up with these trends and coming up with unique organization value propositions are essential to attracting and retaining top talent.  For example, one of my large global banking clients was losing their top, emerging talent to other companies and industries like tech, that offered more flexible hours and work-life balance versus just competitive pay packages.  This client of mine also had to overcome the stereotype of a traditional suit and tie, stuff, and old banking culture that had little or no promise of stimulating careers.  Over a period of nearly two years, my  team and I worked side by side with the top business and human resource executives to reimagine their workforce, culture, hiring practices and career paths in a way that aligned more consistently with emerging talent preferences.   current trends in organizations, which again keeps you at par with the changing market trends.

Conclusion

It is undoubtedly clear that innovation is crucial in any organization to achieve ample growth. In my book, Stimulated, you can learn all about it and how you can trigger more imagination and colleague engagement at work to drive revolutionary new products, services and customer experiences. . It also involves making your work fun and developing creative ideas while resonating with different environments. You can reach out to me for more insights through
