“Why you need to be vocal about what you do, who you serve and what you need.”

Be you.

“But no one cares”

I can hear you thinking that from here.

The fact is, you couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Here’s the deal.

Our current world is lacking in leaders. Our current leaders act in their own self interest, often ignoring direct requests from the communities they serve.

Our current social structures consistently underserve the next generations, leaving them ill prepared for what life asks of them.

So where do you fit in?

Here’s the truth.

You are awesome. Whether you believe it or not. You are.

And by sharing your awesome with the world, you can directly or indirectly inspire and empower others.

On top of that, on a more technical level, the more you share yourself with the world, the more access and opportunities you’ll find.

How?

You’ll need clarity. You’ll find this using specificity. You’ll want to get as granular and specific with what you do as you can. You’ll want to have a deep and thorough understanding of what you do and offer. And then you’ll want to share that with the world.

If you don’t?

No one will know how you can help them if you don’t tell them.

No one will know who to connect you with if you don’t tell them.

No one will know what you’re best at and where you’re of service to the world if you don’t tell them.

It’s that simple.

Tell the world your strengths.

Use your voice to share your story with the world.

Inspire the next wave through the simple, audacious and rebellious act of simply being.

Be you.

Be your best self.

Show up for yourself, every day.

The world desperately needs more leaders, especially in younger generations.

Be a leader, simply be being.

Be yourself.

Be true.

Be authentic.

Do your best in each moment.

A butterfly emerging from chrysalis, brightly colored, ready to share it’s beauty with all that cross it’s path.

This is you, dear friend.

Be free, young butterfly.

Be you.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
