What Is The Whisper You Are Not Listening To?

Are you feeling spiritually depleted?

Are you feeling spiritually depleted?

It is easy to get caught up in our material lives and lose sight of our spiritual needs. If you are finding that you are feeling restless, uneasy or “out of sorts”, your soul may be talking to you, or even yelling at you.

I often get asked, “How do I know if I am living my purpose? I have found that the best way to get the answer to this question is by listening to YOU! You have all the answers within you. It is a gut feeling, or better known as our intuition, or that voice inside.

Our gut feelings are talking to us all the time, and yes we can ignore them, push them away, or explain them away, but in any case, our purpose is being ignored in that instant. AND then again and again when we are not listening, and we lose sight of our destiny. When the “calls” or I like to call them, the “nudges” are not acknowledged…we miss it, just like that.

Purpose is paying attention. No matter how quiet the whisper or how loud the roar, when you are following your life’s purpose, it can only lead to your destiny. Purpose is listening to your intuition.

What is interesting is that we are given this intuition and we HAVE to follow it, but we don’t always do that do we? By the way, it is always right. ALWAYS. It is important to listen to YOU moment by moment. It is the best teacher we’ve got.

All the reasons we tell ourselves we can’t, are false, and are lies. If we don’t listen, we will continue to feel that agonizing pain of being stuck. We have the power to be unstuck!

So the question is today, what is the whisper that you are NOT listening to? Where is the nudge? We set a lot of BUTS in our way. Right?  So if you are feeling spiritually depleted, you may feel disconnected from your joy, passion, and fulfillment.

We all desire a life filled with purpose and passion, a life rich in soul-nourishing connections to family, friends, community and of course nature!

Setting aside time to take your focus away from daily concerns allows you to gain a more expansive perspective on your life and access a sense of peace and aliveness you may have never known.

Nothing feels better than waking up and looking forward to your day and feeling fulfilled because our lives gives us meaning. AND it is even better if we are inspired about what we are doing,

Listen to your voice, it’s the only one you’ve got, it knows best.

Let’s do this together.
