What I learned about gratitude

Living my days with thank you

Days of gratitude

It is easy for us to be in constant motion with the world. We are caught up by our busyness, we already forgotten to take a long and hard examination of our lives. My days are like this until I learned to live with gratitude.

Everyday I have a short journal of ‘thank you’. May it be being thankful to have spent a dinner and having a nice conversation with your family, Having a promotion at work or increasing your the sales of your business. I keep track of the things I am grateful for, by doing this I am having a whole-hearted, grateful days of life.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
