I am a licensed mental health clinical therapist (LMHC). I have my Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Cincinnati, and my B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. I have worked primarily in the field of Prevention, hoping to help prevent families from abusing or neglecting children, for most of my career. I have twin sons who attend Indiana University and a husband Matt. We will be moving to the Dallas area in early spring, 2019.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
- MARCUS AURELIUS
