What inspired you to write your book?
I’ve been inspired by the everyday courage of leaders with whom I’ve gotten to work. Courageous leaders who try to find a meaningful way to connect with an employee. Leaders who do their due diligence to deliver messages compassionately. Leaders who protect their teams. I want to share their stories.
What do you want others to get out of your book?
The book shares real-life stories, concrete examples of leadership concepts in action, practical guidance, exercises and templates enabling readers to jump in and immediately apply the concepts in their unique circumstances.
I want to provide the outlook, frameworks and tools need to be a courageous leader so that all readers can step into their full leadership potential and achieve the extraordinary results they most desire.

A leadership legacy is an aspiration about how you want to be known or about what you want to create. A leadership legacy is something that you can start living into right away. It can be an initiative, set of products, or improved processes. It can also be a leadership trait for which you want to be known and foster in your organization.
Declare your leadership legacy, start making it a reality today and continually look to your leadership legacy for guidance. It will have you operating bigger than any normal human considerations.

Lean into your strengths and find your natural leadership style. Engage in those activities that you’re good at, that you enjoy and that light you up.

Contributing in your own unique way, in alignment with your values and interests. Feeling fulfilled and knowing you made a difference.

Yes! I will be part of 2 anthologies in 2021.
