Gerardo Bonelli is an Italian Entrepreneur and Social Media Strategist with almost 5 years of experience in the Social Media Marketing. Today Gerardo, shares with us his top tips for success and how to build a business by young.

What was the difference that made the difference?

The difference that made the difference is learning and studying. Even today I study, watch videos and try to learn new things.

What is the common denominator of successful people?

Those who work hard. Who does and does not give up, who studies and arranges. It does not take intelligence, because we have seen people with modest intellectual ability earn billions and scientists with different degrees earn € 1,200. Knowledge as an end in itself serves no purpose, but the recipe is given by the knowledge to which practice is added. My new version of the agenda, which I made for me, is important because it allows you to focus attention: we are in an era where we are bombarded with information. There is so much to learn that the goal is to have the right paths pursued. Once you understand how money works, then do more or less, but it’s relatively simple.

Have you had failures in your life?

Never legally, but failures are part of the learning process. Every day I fail. Unfortunately, every day it happens … and the ability to go from one bankruptcy to another without losing enthusiasm is what determines the success or otherwise of an entrepreneur. Fundamental is the ability to maintain this energy, which is also to be seen from a biochemical point of view: sometimes we are distracted or we lack attention because we lack substances inside the body: our performances are affected by the influences of food, air , rest, quality / quantity of sleep, etc … Have you ever had the desire to do nothing? But the question is: do you really want to do nothing or is it just your energy that has run out? Now I am in the phase of life in which I try to improve performance. I’ll give you an example: in my case, high-dose vitamin D has changed my life. If I am better physically then I do better in all respects.

What are the most commons error you know in your sector?

The main mistake? Simplify
There are those who believe that a Facebook Ads campaign and a landing page are enough to make Lead Generation.
Theoretically this is so, unfortunately then, as a result of new leads, it is difficult to develop satisfactory conversions and objectives and the campaign dies.
