Life is confusing.

Life is a mystery.

Which of these statements is most true for you?

Are you aware that your perspective on this small matter has the power to influence your entire life?

This subtle point, this tiny decision, is pivotal to your pursuit for inner peace.

It’s true that life is uncertain.

It’s meant to be.

Seriously, can you imagine if everything was perfectly predictable?

How deadly dull.

What would be the point?

Life is uncertain.

That is the point.

That’s the game.

The adventure.

The opportunity to explore, to have fun, to practice the art of creation and discover exactly what you’re capable of.

How you interpret uncertainty has a profound effect on your existence.

So, in every moment when life doesn’t seem to make sense, notice which philosophy you are embodying.

Life is confusing.

Life is a mystery.

When things don’t work out the way you hoped, even when you were following every rule and practicing every god-damn spiritual practice in the book, simply decide which philosophy is most true for you.

Life is confusing.

Life is a mystery.

When you lose all your money despite trying your best and you can’t understand why the universe can be so ‘cruel’, choose your outlook.

Life is confusing.

Life is a mystery.

When you’ve opened your heart and had it smashed from the inside out, and you’re absolutely at a loss about what went ‘wrong’, remember that you have a choice about how to interpret the heartache.

Life is confusing

Life is a mystery.

When you choose to see life as confusing, you give away all your power

You put yourself at the effect of circumstances and you feel the pain of not being able to control outcomes.

When you choose to see life as a mystery, you relinquish all need to know outcomes.

You accept the uncertainty and you embrace the confusion, knowing that not knowing is the absolute key to inner peace.

Life is not supposed to make sense.

You are not supposed to know everything.

If you were meant to know outcomes, you would have been gifted with clairvoyancy.

If you are not a clairvoyant, accept the irrefutable truth that you’re not meant to know.

If you are serious about a life with less stress…

If you are serious about a life with more beauty…

If you are serious about discovering just how joyful and easy life can be, no matter what shit-storm might arise, then practice the simple super-power of swapping confusion for mystery.

Make dwelling in the mysterious your greatest passion for life.

And notice how from this perspective, life is never cruel, nor can it ever go wrong.

Trade confusion for mystery.

A simple swap.

A profound shift.

A new way of living.

The bliss of being in the flow.

Life is confusing.

Life is a mystery.

Make the choice.

Find power in the powerless.

The knowing of not knowing.

This is the only spiritual practice you will ever need.
