What drives me is to make sure that my partners or my employees made more money than they’ve ever made anywhere else before and that they are in a happier situation than they have been before.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? What lesson did you learn from them?
I would not be where I am today without my wife Rachel. The lesson that I’ve learned from her is — in business and accomplishing amazing things, you need somebody in your corner who is willing to give you tough love. In a way that’s motivating but yet holds you accountable.
How do you push through your worst times?
