Consumption of coffee or tea can negatively affect your sleep. As we know, coffee or tea contains caffeine and consumption of caffeine may reduce your desire to sleep. Caffeine remains for a long time in your body (as much as eight hours) thus if you want to take caffeine then take it at least 5-6 hour before bedtime. It will help you to fall asleep easier.

Melatonin is a vital hormone which informs your brain that it is a time to relax or sleep; thus if you have insomnia than the use of melatonin may help you to sleep for the proper time.

  • Get Proper Hydration

Maintaining proper hydration level is essential because the water in your body helps it to remove toxic material from the body. Drinking adequate amount of water before bedtime is valuable because it keeps you hydrate throughout the night and help your body to get rid of unwanted toxic material. But it is advisable to drink pure and healthy water or water treated by the water purification system.

You can also drink warm water because of the consumption of warm water before fall asleep even help you to lower the pain or cramps in the stomach. You can also add lemon in water because of lemon in the rich source of the Vitamin c, which improves your body’s immune system.
