It’s time to start loving yourself.
For too long we have been denying SELF LOVE.
Rushing around, being busy and feeling overwhelmed.
Struggling with a lack of self worth, self doubt, self confidence.
And for many: growing Mental Health problems.
It hard to see so many people in such pain and suffering…
Struggling with who they are…
Feeling desperate…
Feeling alone…
Often overwhelmed by sadness, guilt, shame, fear, anger and resentment.
All because they believe they’re not good enough, not worthy, inadequate or a bad person!
As someone who struggled with severe mental illness for many years and overcame this deep internal struggle by learning to love myself and reclaiming my power…I am on a mission to help as many people as I can to wake up to the lies, illusions and stories that keep them stuck in this vicious cycling of disliking ourselves.
I want to help empower as many people as possible to help themselves and bring an end to the patterns which create their struggle even more so than I already do in my counselling and therapy work.
It’s my soul desire to help people awaken to the TRUTH of who they truly are.
And my big mission….for SELF LOVE to be the simple and natural treatment, the medicine and cure for all the mental and emotional suffering which impacts many.
Whether you are experiencing mental health problems, negative thoughts or unhelpful behaviours you are lacking in SELF LOVE.
