Why did you decide to create your own business?
It was my passion to begin my own business. Staring my business gave me flexibility in many ways. It was my call to sell my products the way I want to. My business gives me the liberty to do what I want to. I can pursue my passion.

The very fact that I am pursuing my passion keeps me motivated. Seeing my business grow motivates me to work even harder.
Who has been a role model to you and why?
My father is my role model. His zeal and enthusiasm have been a driving force for me. He never hesitated to take risks and had a positive outlook.
How do you maintain a solid work-life balance?
Having my own business provides me the opportunity to maintain a perfect work-life balance. The very fact that I can set the deadlines, and decide working hours gives me the liberty I need.
What traits do you possess that make a successful leader?
I think my curiosity to learn new things and undertake new endeavors makes me a successful leader. Also, I am very alert regarding the emerging trends that may impact my business. Besides my honesty towards my business and ability to co-operate, encourage others to perform better also make me a successful leader.
What has been the hardest obstacle you’ve overcome?
When I began I never knew e-commerce was this huge. There were many new things I had to learn and adapt along the way. Besides, I think the hardest obstacle is yet to overcome which is the effect of the corona pandemic which has like many other businesses you can say almost all has affected our business too.
What is one piece of advice that you have never forgotten?
One advice that that I have never forgotten is never to give up as whenever one takes a different path one is sure to encounter hardships.
Outside of work, what defines you as a person?
I am a very optimistic person and love to spend time with my family. I believe my family is my driving force and being with them makes me positive.
Where do you see you and your company in 5 years?
