On gratitude

A way of life

Thank you

I make my day full of gratitude. I treat everyday as a chance to thank everybody who has been a part of it. I see it as something that is couldn’t take back anymore, thus making sure that I gave it my 100 percent of time, effort and ounces of my energy.

In everything and anything that we do, I think time is the most precious of them all. We can waste on a lot of things and when we lose it, we can readily replenish everything but not time.

So with gratitude, I take account of anything with great amount of care.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
