Morgan Quist, Leadership Coach, Partnering With People Who Want to Shift From Surviving to Thriving
As a Coach, I partner with people who want to shift from surviving to thriving. Too often we settle. We’re not checking in with ourselves about how we feel – about anything. We’re not aware of what drains us versus energizes us. We’re not observing which job activities best use our strengths. We’re not realizing our own power when it comes to our life and career decisions.
People who are ready to increase their awareness, work through barriers, and shift their energy and actions from surviving to thriving are the folks I coach.
Most often I work with leaders in organizations. Strengthening their leadership skills, building good relationships, and getting better results with their team. I also work with individuals who are ready to make the surviving to thriving shift.
For over 20 years I’ve worked with major industry players and creative start-ups – providing counsel on employee engagement and strategic communications. The last 10 years have focused more on Leadership Coaching.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Communications and my certification as a Professional Coach from an ICF-accredited organization. I’ve worked with large healthcare systems, universities, and utilities. I’ve also worked with multiple start-ups and mid-sized technology companies. You can learn more at www.MorganQuist.com

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
