Magdalena Kalley is a former professional dancer, turned life coach who’s on a mission to transform the lives of numerous individuals for the better through hypnotherapy.

In this article, we will learn the tips and principles Maggie applies each day that has helped her succeed in life!

Emotion commotion

As a life coach, Maggie not only teaches and supports others; she also has to control her emotions every day. She’s accepted the fact that the only thing that matters, overall, is how we deal with the emotional problems we face.

Maggie explains that our mind is much stronger than we imagine; once we understand how our brain works, there is nothing stopping us from having a positive outlook on life and experiencing positive outcomes in our lives.

“I learned that a positive state changes everything, so I simply don’t  allow myself to be depressed to letting others bring me down.” – Magdalena.

Maggie’s also stresses the importance of surrounding yourself with optimistic people. This can make or break your day.  She makes sure she hangs around friends who give her energy and support her.

Apart from this, when Maggie is is on the brink of experiencing emotional stress, she picks her favorite playlist and dances to some good music. She also plays and cuddles with her dog.

Drawing Inspiration

Much like anyone else, Magdalena’s life didn’t go as planned. She had a promising future as a dancer, but a significant knee accident ended it all.

Magdalena sought help from a life coach who helped her overcome the emotional trauma she experienced.

Naturally, she loved helping others and inspiring people, so she decided to become a life coach herself.

Pride in Achievements

So far, Maggie has helped a lot of people lead a better life. She enabled individuals from different walks of life to overcome their struggles.

To her, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a client make their dream a reality.

Her clients have learned to let go of their addictions, toxic relationships, and negative influences.

They’ve done this by merely trusting her, believing in themselves, and building up the courage to start a new and better life.

Tough love

The topic of ” handling toxic relationships” is rather quite difficult to explain. A toxic relationship is one characterized by behaviors on the part of the toxic partner that are emotionally and physically harmful to the other partner

A while ago, Magdalena had a  divorce. Yes, it was an uncomfortable experience, but she was able to overcome it.

To clear things up, I’ll let Maggie take it over from here;

My divorce was, of course, another big cut in my life. We both decided to cut the ties together.

Even though the divorce occurred on good terms, the disappointment hit me a lot. I had to learn to be on my own.

I went through a lot of emotions, but I used all the pain to grow and become stronger. Nowadays, when I talk to couples that struggle, I know exactly what they’re going through, and I can be honest right away and tell them the ugly truth.

I always fight for connection and love, but sometimes it’s better to let go. Holding on to isn’t the right path to follow.

Today, my ex-husband and I are thrilled with that decision and how our lives are right now. We still keep in touch, and we have nothing but good wishes for each other.

Transforming lives!

Each client Magdalena works with is different. Her therapy methods vary from hypnosis to different kinds of exercises, such as meditational conversations and motivational business coaching.

Here is Magdalena’s take on Hypnosis;

“Hypnosis is underrated. Our subconscious mind is a computer, and if we reprogram it the right way, incredible things will happen. Everybody deserves love, connection, and a purpose in life.”

Moving Forward.

Magdalena is grateful to have learned and experienced so much; her goal for the future is to share her knowledge with others and help them live the life they deserve.
