Today’s lifestyle can be quite stressful that it can take a toll on one’s health. Because of the busy schedule people tend to eat unhealthy food. Health and wellness defined

Health and wellness have its differences but are quite connected. According to the World Health Organization, health is a state where there is complete physical, social and mental well-being. On the other hand, wellness is closely related to what a person does so that he or she can achieve that state of health. Wellness gives emphasis to the person’s ability to choose from among the available options so that he or she can realize that optimum level of health.

It is best to emphasize that to reach the optimum level of health, one must focus their attention into:

· Spirit

Given that power to choose the right options, aside from the traditional diets and exercise out there, there are now a lot of healthy trends that people could consider addressing the three aforementioned dimensions to a heathy well-being.

More and more beauty products are now turning greener. Instead of choosing chemical products, consumers are now turning their eye to natural and non-toxic beauty products that claim to be as effective as their chemical counterpart but less the harm in the skin and also in the environment.

Mindful meditation

With today’s stressful lifestyle, people need to pause for a while and clear the mind to let stress go. Meditation has been proven to be an effective mechanism that was known to have originated through the religions of Hinduism and Buddhism. Now, you need not convert into these religion to master meditation. There are a lot of apps, studios, and online community that promotes and teaches a person how to meditate and harness its power.

Wellness routines are getting more and more organic. Cannabidoil or CBD has been known to serve as pain reliever and anxiety controller. It can be bought through CBD oils which can be using for or it can come in the form of supplements.
