What’s your backstory?

I don’t think life is easy for anyone. Maybe more difficult for some than others. It’s having what you have and deciding to do everything you can with it. Growing up was intense. There are a lot of things that could have been different but weren’t. I married young and it didn’t work out. Learn and move on. Figure things out. Move forward. I married again—and because of that I’m a different person it has been a much different experience. I love my family so much, they mean the absolute world to me! Taking care of them and being able to be home and there for them at all times is a big motivating factor in my life. I want their lives to be happy, and them to remember their Mom there 24/7. I want my life to be happy. That’s something you can’t just sit around and wait for. I’m constantly doing something about it. If we all put our best foot forward and be the best that we can be, I truly believe you can’t fail!

I made a decision a long time ago that I would be decent and honest in my associations with people. There’s no guarantee that will be returned (and sometimes it absolutely is not) but it keeps my head and heart in the right place.

What techniques and methods do you use day to day to stay continuously motivated, focused and proactive when fear, hardships, and procrastination have the best of you?

Honestly I have become so close with my clients, I really care about them succeeding and doing my best to help them get to where they’re going. I stay motivated by my family, just like I think most of them do. I try to talk to many of my clients every day. If they are doing good, I’m doing good! I really care about them doing well, we are all in it together so feels like a team!

What is your definition of success?

With business – getting them to their end goal! Some of them want to move fast and others want to move at a slower pace. I have worked with thousands clients. I would say it almost feels like one of my businesses grows new clients hourly some days. I have a strong team of 4, and my family who all help me. I always try to give the most value I can to all of my clients. I put my business on my name. They know me personally, I would say 95% of them have my personal telephone number. I try my best to keep myself available 24 hours a day to them if they need me.
