How To Stay Healthy

Follow These Tips

Hey, everybody, I hope this entry finds you well and healthy during this winter season. In this entry what I would like to discuss is my winter cocktail of supplementation that will keep you healthy during this winter season. This cocktail has been perfected over years, as work very well for me that I’d love to share it with you. So let’s get into it.

First on my list is echinacea. Echinacea is an herb that is responsible for helping to promote a healthy immune system. I never used to believe in Echinacea, and kind of thought it was just a placebo, however, after using it for the last couple years I am definitely aware of its benefits. Definitely, use echinacea.

Next is going to be vitamin D3. During the winter months due to the lack of sunlight, we tend to be deficient in vitamin D3. I actually like vitamin D3 all year long, however, it’s very important during these winter months. Definitely get some vitamin D3.

A multivitamin is next in order to have a safety blanket in case you are not eating a very well-rounded diet. You want to make sure you have all your vitamins and minerals covered, so I like to utilize a gummy multivitamin. Don’t ask me why I just feel like I get the best benefit out of a gummy multivitamin.

Omega threes are next. Omega-3 Fatty acids are very important in decreasing inflammation in your body and thinning the blood. If you don’t eat an abundance of fish in your diet omega-3 is even that much more important. Make sure to add some to your stack.

Finally, we have vitamin C. I like to throw in a little extra vitamin C during the winter months just to make sure that I have a little extra on hand to promote a healthy immune system. It works wonders and definitely had some.

Now all that aside, if you’re not sleeping well, exercising, eating right, and keeping your stress levels somewhat low, nothing in the world will help you. Make sure that you are addressing all those factors, and in conjunction with the supplements listed above, I think you will be ahead of the game. Wishing you the best of health from our company.
