The reason most businesses fail is because lack of management, insufficient capital, and poor business planning.
Chase Growth – Not a Destination
When you build a business and start making a lot of money it all seems great until you realize you’re not happy. If you chase the money then you won’t feel that sense of fulfillment because the money isn’t what you’re looking for. Kern states that “The only time I got a ton of fulfilment wasn’t in my businesses but was when I was helping other alcoholics with sobriety”.
