Your company culture “temperature” I mean.

Your company culture was formed over years of interaction among the participants in the organization.

Perhaps the current culture matches the style and comfort zone of the company founder and the exec team.

Maybe your culture is strong and your employee retention is high.

Possibly it is weak and your turnover is great.

More likely, it is somewhere in the middle.

However, it may not effectively support the accomplishment of your most significant goals.

Whether you just need to tweak it to better support the current values and goals or you need a complete overhaul, taking the culture “temperature” is the first step to diagnosis and treatment.

Company culture affects morale.

Morale affects employee retention.

Employee retention affects the bottom line.
