They take a break from one eyed focus on their career and life, to focus on raising family.

You may be fully immersed in this now, while others of you have come out the other end! While it is a treasured time it is also one of the most difficult.

Many women say it is the time they feel lost, and cannot find even ground. They become so involved in the daily care of their family, they lose themselves. Despite loving their family deeper than any ocean, it is the time they wonder most of all, ‘What’s it all for?’

Now here’s the controversial part…..

Many women have feelings of insane guilt. They learn something about themselves, so profound! Having kids doesn’t always lead to finding deep purpose and meaning.

Women become stuck in the belief that it should!

They can’t reconcile they have everything they thought they wanted, but they just don’t feel happy or fulfilled.

In many cases the complete opposite! My clients are testimony to this.

Having purpose and finding meaning from within, helps women to love their families more freely in the now!

Self identity is restored!

If older, perhaps for the very first time, women become aware about feelings of self. They find passion to move forward, to reinvent their lives, live from their hearts, and recommence the things put on hold, for years before.

Self identity is as important, to both groups of women as being able to see stars in the sky!
