In general, quality of life is a concept that encompasses physical, mental, spiritual, psychological and emotional well-being. It also involves social relationships, education, health, work, housing, basic sanitation, and other factors of human growth that provide a dignified life.

In the work environment, the same logic exists, Constant and structural improvements and innovations to offer full conditions so that employees can carry out their work in a healthy and dignified manner.
