In general, quality of life is a concept that encompasses physical, mental, spiritual, psychological and emotional well-being. It also involves social relationships, education, health, work, housing, basic sanitation, and other factors of human growth that provide a dignified life.

7. Ensure financial well-being

Giving employees more flexibility and financial autonomy is also a way of ensuring their well-being. Overdue accounts, overdraft, interest and penalties are factors that can increase financial pressure and stress. Worsening the drop in motivation, low productivity, lack of engagement and increased turnover.

8. Set good examples
