Ottawa, Canada — A simple solution to staying fit and healthy in a fast-moving world is outlined in a new book – “Hack Your Health Habits – Simple, Action-Driven, Natural Health Solutions for People on the Go!” by Dr. Nathalie Beauchamp
As an Ottawa-based Chiropractor and Functional Medicine Practitioner, an international speaker and the author of many books related to health, Dr. Beauchamp has been working on making the life of the everyday individual a healthier one. With the belief that people can improve their health, her book – Hack Your Health Habits is for those to realize what exactly is missing and how it can be attained giving the reader tips or “hacks” for obtaining a healthy lifestyle.
Using her own testimony and real-life stories from some of her patients, Hack Your Health Habits will take the reader through simple and easy to do every day changes, making it easy and less confusing to attain the goal of getting to that ideal weight, having tons of energy and feeling great.
According to Dr. Beauchamp, it is quite difficult to maintain life with all the health concerning habits and diets as the priority. Through her book, she wants people to realize how simple it really is and how it can be attained. The book is based on 600 pages which not only focuses on how to deal with diet and nutrition; it also mentions the techniques to help control mindset and learn tips for relaxation and meditation.
In today’s world, everyone is busy with hectic routines, kids, jobs and just trying to keep up with everything that needs to be done within a 24 hour period – and that can seriously take away from one thinking about their health. In the book, it covers everything -similar to a health almanac where you can find solutions for skin issues, detoxifying, hormonal issues and how to maintain a balanced healthy life.
Dr. Beauchamp wants to make an approach through which people will definitely feel differences in their lives. She writes about how happiness is a major target through various research she has done.
The book also covers all about finding and matching with the philosophy of life and how to deal with it. There is a section which emphasizes more on what to eat and what food is better as a health element. It also comes with a playbook that helps with the hacks in the book. It’s an easy, read-along guide that helps make a plan for the reader to keep these lifestyle changes.
For 2019, Dr. Beauchamp is offering those who want to kickstart their health, a challenge for 7 days which include tips on fitness, nutrition and mindset. Those who sign up and register will get daily emails to set them up for a healthy and happy new year.

Dr. Beauchamp graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1996. She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, and was recently certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner by the Institute of Functional Medicine. She has owned and operated her private practice, Santé Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Ottawa, Canada, for over 20 years. Additionally, she is a former natural bodybuilder and figure competitor. Dr. Beauchamp is also the creator of the Hack Your Health Habits Mastery Program, which is an online coaching program populated with tons of educational videos, self-evaluation tools and amazing how-to practical information to walk people step-by-step on their wellness journey. She has talked about health and wellness on the radio, television; written about it for a variety of publications; and has a YouTube channel. She is also the founder of the What The Hack?! Podcast, a weekly podcast where she interviews other health experts on a variety of topics.
