We all know the importance of the word…Detox!

What does it really mean to Detox?

To Rid, to Cleanse- to Remove.

The opposite of Detox, is Toxic!

The lack of attention given to areas of our lives will build up toxicity.

Here are a few tips on how to Detox- mind, body and soul.

  1. Examine your current state
  2. What’s working well for you- what’s distructive
  3. What makes you feel happy and whole, inside and out- healthy practices
  4. How will you get there- and maintain well being
  5. Seek professional help if needed
  6. Hyssop – is an example of a wonderful body detox
  7. Journaling is a great mental detox
  8. Meditation and prayer is a great spiritual detox
