I get up in the morning and after my ritual, meditation, prayers, and reading, I get dressed like I’m going to work I also find it to be very beneficial to have lots of flowers in my house. And I respond compassionately to all my friends who are panicking and family who call me from overseas. I clean up old papers, I go for longer walks, I find that the atmosphere is more clear, obviously with industry down, there are no cars are factories to pollute the earth. I visualize calmly a world full of life again. My husband and I watch a movie every night and turn off our phones, we disconnect from which distracts us. I told my granddaughter the other day, “Try to imagine the earth sprinkled by golden dust.” My biggest advice is to go to your subconscious and use this phrase, “I am grateful you are peace and I am connected to that peace.” And when I do that, it’s like a divine intelligence changes my mood right away. I hope we go back to life soon.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
