One day, I guarantee that you’ll wake up feeling fine. You’ll feel your heartbeat fine and it will be the best realization that you’ve felt after those raging storms. You’ll thank yourself for not giving up. You’ll be glad that you took the decision to always get back on your feet again and again, despite that feeling of despair and endless hopelessness. You’ll notice that you’ve survived and you’ll feel relief to pass the hard times on your own.

One day, you’ll look back on those bad days and you’ll understand why those days should hit you hard. You’ll understand the reason behind each pain, the meaning behind all the broken hearts, and the lesson behind each disappointment. You’ll end up feeling fine without any fears and insecurities. You’ll feel glad that you’ve won the battle with or without anyone presence and it will be the best realization that you’ve ever felt in the rest of your life.

One day, you’ll see the reflection in the mirror and you’ll love every inch of the body parts that you see. You’ll love yourself hard. You’ll love yourself even harder than you love your best friends. One day, you’ll be brave to say no to the things you don’t want to do. You’ll decline those invitations which you don’t want to come and you won’t seek for anyone’s acceptance nor validation anymore. You’ll feel that you are your own hero and you’ll know how to create happiness within yourself.

One day, you’ll know how it feels to be proud of being yourself. You’ll find the people who accept you for who you truly are and you don’t have to pretend to be somebody else in front of them. One day, you’ll find the courage to cut off the people, who bring nothing but unhappiness, from your life. You’ll find the bravery to stand up for yourself and to free yourself from the feeling of being underestimated, unseen or unappreciated.

One day, you’ll realize that you don’t deserve any less than your own worth. You’ll find yourself seeking inner peace and you’ll distance yourself from the things which disturb your well-being. You’ll find the courage to choose where you belong and to leave from the place which always makes you suffer. One day, you’ll know what you really need for your well-being and it will make you realize that you are worth to have a peaceful life.

One day, you’ll feel grateful for your own growth. You’ll compare yourself from several years ago and you’ll notice how much you grow wiser now. You’ll see your reflection in the mirror differently because you know how much you’ve changed into a better version of yourself. You’ll be proud of your wounds. You’ll be glad that you seek for help and you’ll realize that looking for help is a sign of strength, not a weakness. You’ll notice that you’ve learned so many lessons that you can’t even count them anymore. You’ll realize that you’ve gained so much strength within yourself and here you are, safe and sound.

One day, I guarantee that you’ll find what you seek, get what you’ve asked for, and be the person that you want to be. One day, you’ll find the right path as you’re not lost anymore. You’ll know how it feels to reach the end goal, to realize each lesson of your struggle, to be loved the way you deserve, and to finally feel the inner peace within yourself. One day, you’ll wake up feeling enough and it will be the best feeling in your life. One day, it’ll all make sense.

One day, you’ll look back and feel nothing but proud of yourself for not giving up.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
