5 Steps to Succeed in Life

Give life to your ideas.

The Thrive Global Community welcomes voices from many spheres. We publish pieces written by outside contributors with a wide range of opinions, which don’t necessarily reflect our own. Community stories are not commissioned by our editorial team, and though they are reviewed for adherence to our guidelines, they are submitted in their final form to our open platform. Make that idea count. Give it life!

You have a good business or project idea.

1. Come up with a good plan and strategy.
(Take note, ‘good’ is more than enough at this stage.)

2. Launch or start your product or campaign.
Don’t wait for it to be perfect. Don’t let imperfection derail you from doing.

3. Always be testing your strategies and tactics.
Expect some failures and opportunities for improvement.

4. Assess and adjust your goals and strategies.
Learn from your testings. Look for areas to improve.

5. Start with step 1.

Success in life is NOT reaching the FINISH LINE.

It’s building yourself a HABIT.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
