Kids nowadays are becoming more addicted to gadgets. These devices include video games, television, mobile, and apart phone apps, computers, tablets. And games like PUBG and DOTA 2 are making more kids fall in the trap of smartphones. And it has become a major problem for all of the parent like us. Isn’t? If yes let us know the problem you are facing in the comment section.

Children tend to be active consumers and many electronic products are targeted to the youth market than in other outdoor activity like football etc. It is also true that kids can use gadgets and devices to learn a lot of things.

But the usage of gadgets can have a negative impact on your kid’s health and wellness if they are over-used or used in an unethical way. So today, we will discuss the 3 reasons why should you keep smartphones from kids.

The following 3 reasons are as follows:

Malfunctioning of Brain Activity

In kids, the waves from the phone can easily penetrate right into the interior parts of the brain as mobile phones primarily function on electromagnetic waves for all forms of communication.

This erratic activity can cause health problems in mood patterns, behavioral tendencies like anger, mood swing and have trouble learning new things or focusing properly. Uses of the smartphone also affect kids eyes and lead our kids to use contact lenses and glasses at a small age.

Worsened Academic Performance

Chatting with friends, playing games, during school breaks or even in the class is increasing day by day. This results in children failing to pay attention in the class, missing out on important lessons, and consequently being clueless about studies and examinations. Ultimately it leads to bad academic performance.

 Can affect kids socially:

The gadgets are a tool that can be used for wrong purposes. Kids could come across inappropriate messages, images, or texts, shared by their friends or in the group, and further pass it on to others.  Children and teenagers are especially vulnerable to the social issues associated with smartphones and other gadgets that connect to the internet. Kids can socially get affected if they misuse the following everyday gadgets.

Conclusion:

Electronic gadgets have revolutionized the way we work, play, shop, and communicate. They are an ever-present part of modern life, but they don’t come without a negative side.  So, it is important that we parents take special care to make our kid’s fitness use in an ethical way that will benefit them rather than causing harm to them.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
