In a world where people are always on and always contactable, the pressure to do more, be more and learn more feels heavy. The demands for our time are coming from our personal and professional life. Sometimes it is difficult to see how you are ever going to get on top of your to-do list.
7 years ago, I realised I was afraid to say no.
I let outside influences determine where my time was going. Mindlessly saying yes; afraid to say no; overpromising; not being clear; not planning enough prep-time; forgetting what I said I would do!
Then I realized, I could change things.
I’ve learned how to say no.
I’m aware of the triggers that make me susceptible to over-promise so I can stop it happening before it’s too late.
I plan in prep time to make sure I’m not under pressure.
You are the person who can say yes or no to all the requests that are being asked of your time. You are the person who knows what is most important to you.
You know what results you want to get, and that is what I enjoy about coaching, I can help you to make it happen. I work with clients, through coaching, to focus on getting the best results from their time.
