I’m on a mission to help people in every corner possible of the world to feel better about themselves so they can live a life they love and feel good about. Who’s “they”? It’s you. Yes, you.

I’m on a mission to let everyone know that we are living in times where life doesn’t have to be the struggle our parents and grandparents had to live. We don’t have to live the same life or circumstance.

We are now allowed to create a life that suits our desires, beliefs, truths, desires. We are in times where there are struggles of other kinds but the openness to speak up and step out are endless too. Tough? Maybe. Rewarding? Not a single doubt. Possible? Absolutely. We just owe it to ourselves to focus on the positive in our world, otherwise the negative will suck us…what a waste.

How does this relate to health?

It relates completely to health. You see, when a person feels good many things happen inside without you being aware. When you feel good, you just simply can see sunshine everywhere. You get things such as:

  • Happy sensation
  • Clear mind
  • Creativity boost
  • Calm emotions = anxiety-free
  • Better sleep
  • Better digestive functions = no constipation. (Have you heard of the gut brain? Yes, it’s a thing, it’s awesome and its impact in the body is real.)
  • Sense of satisfaction
  • Improvement of little aches here and there
  • Less stress, less over-sensitivity, better performance, better relationships

Right? And this is a list just to show the overall effects of what being a better manager of yourself would look like, not to mention all the amazing and positive effects within your body’s functioning. In microcellular levels there will be an impact for sure. Sounds woo to you? Well, it’s real, not woo. Trust me.

Why is this so important?

Because it will allow you to enjoy a better life in the long term. Meaning, a better health! Less doctors appointments and health worries.

Health is not just the body but also the mind.

The state of your emotions and thoughts will always and most certainly result in body issues, and viceversa. That really stressful meeting at work making your stomach wrench for two hours? That annoying thing you’ve been putting off for months but it’s fully attached to the back of your mind? All these kind of things can provoke gastritis, for example. Can you relate? Indeed. We all do.

Can you imagine being able to control these little annoyances on daily basis and feeling so in control that you can just thrive more and more every day?

I got news for you: it’s possible!

The secret? Self-knowledge and awareness

The recipe? Self-knowledge → Confidence → Calmness → Control → Empowerment → Feel Good → Repeat Daily

The Tools? We’ll dig into that more and more as I keep writing and sharing. There are several things I love to recommend all the time, so you can find what works best for you and only you. Following things created for the masses can be so tricky. It’ll work for some but not for everyone, so keep this in mind and stop feeling guilty for not being able to follow what the masses say!

Tools for self-awareness:

  • Journaling
  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Me-time of any kind
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Music
  • Breathing Sessions
  • Dancing
  • Walking
  • Swimming

What do all of these have in common? They allow you to be with yourself in silence, in calmness. Whether is through exercise or resting, whether you can take an hour or just 5 minutes, the key is always this: truly being with yourself.

This is why healthy habits are so vital, so important.

It’s not just about eating your fruits and veggies, and going to the gym like mad every day. It’s about that thing that you do within your skin walls, on your own privacy and silence.

Is knowing what your body looks and feels like. Is knowing the way it works, which is entirely unique and different from your mum, dad, sister, daughter, friend, teacher, neighbor.

Is about learning to manage your stress when it shows up. To deal with unexpected things that come through the day or week. To be able to stay in control of yourself because you’re responsible only for yourself, not for others actions or feelings.

Healthy habits is about a lifestyle that goes beyond the usual health, beauty, medical advice. My definition of healthy habits, and the reason probably why you’re reading me here, is because you believe in something else too.

Great! We’re in this together and I hope you follow along. It’s so important that it will save you precious time with your beloved ones and yourself.

Embrace your health and empower yourself to live the life that you want.

Feel Good today!
