At Thrive Global and Quaker’s Fuel List Event, Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast Nastia Liukin took the stage for a lightning talk and spoke about the importance of failure. Liukin said that falling on her face actually defined her career: winning the gold medal proved to her that hard work pays off, but failure taught her how to keep going.
