If your Body weight is 180 Pounds so your Protein Requirement is = 180×0.5 g= 90 Grams of Protein. So this Means that your Daily Protein Requirement is 90 Grams. This Amount of Protein is very necessary for your body to Better Perform your Immune System and for your Muscle density and Recovery. You Must Have to take this amount of Protein in your Body. For Example, if you Eat three Meals a day Then You Must Consume at least 30 Grams of Protein in your Each Meal.
2. Protein Consumption for A Person Who do Workout
